A new methodology has been developed for assessing the factors of interaction between partnership entities. 3. The technology of managing the transaction sector of private partners is proposed. 4. A comprehensive system of motivating staff of public-private partnerships to innovative activities was developed, taking into account the stages of the life cycle of the project for the creation of information objects.
